3 tips for banishing cravings
Cravings are so so common and my clients almost always report cravings when they initially come to see me. After my recent post on sugar cravings which so many of you have found useful, here is a video on 3 of my TOP tips that have helped me personally with cravings…I hope they help you too
When you know why you’re getting cravings, it’s much easier to work backwards and work with your body rather than constantly dipping into your willpower reserves, which will eventually deplete….and the sugar monster is unleashed!
