Want to have some of fun in your kitchen, learning how to create some ridiculously tasty dishes? If you’re new to this way of eating and would like special guidance on which recipes to start with or you’d like help with cooking for particular dietary requirements then I will come to your kitchen and share with you the skills and recipes to get the beginning of this lifelong health journey off to a flying start.
Alternatively, if you’re new to cooking altogether and need help with learning the basic skills of cooking then I will show you the way around your kitchen and teach you some key cooking skills using some of my much loved and daily used kitchen utensils so you can confidently prepare a handful of my Jessipes with ease and confidence.
How does it work?
1). We get a date fixed in our diaires
2). You let me know what kitchen equipment you have, any dietary requirements you have and what meals you would like to focus on e.g. snacks, mains, quick mid-week dinners.
3). I prepare a menu for us, send you the ingredient list so you can do an online shop in advance and I arrive at your house on our cooking day. You don’t have to do anything but get your cooking hands ready!
4). We have fun in the kitchen learning about the healthy benefits of the food we make together and you have a well stocked fridge afterwards (unless we eat it all as we go!)
Two things for you to decide…
1). Whether you would like a one to one cooking workshop with me or whether you would like to invite your friends over (the cost is the same, the only addition will be the inceased food cost).
2). Whether you would like a two hour/ half day or full day of cooking.
