Keeping up a good morning ritual is one of my favourite ways to keep consistent with my health and I find for others it is too, as it’s the guaranteed meal that you’re going to be at home for. Nine times out of ten, my breakfast will be a smoothie, mainly because it’s the quickest thing I can whizz together as I love my bed and love to stay in it for as long as possible! 😉

These smoothie kits have been a hit with my clients who have hectic mornings and have to be up early as they batch prepare them on a Sunday or whenever they have an open 10 minute window and that’s them set for the week. It’s such a simple thing to do but it saves you vital minutes on an early morning. You can then just throw in some milk of choice or some coconut water with some cinnamon and protein, and there you have a nutrient-packed smoothie than you can take with you on the go.
