My mission is to inspire & educate people to make better food choices by making the complex world of nutrition/fitness simple, fun, approachable & bitesize.
I also demonstrate recipes & workouts in front of both small & large audiences.
In our busy, fast-paced world it is easy to compromise the way we nourish ourselves however, this can result in a reduction of the nutrients required for basic biochemical processes within the body. The end result of this in the workplace ranges from low energy, poor concentration, poor memory recall through to an increase in sickness days due to staff being run down and an increased inability to cope with heightened stress loads.
